Mortgage Rates Drop to Record Low of 3.94%

According to Freddie Mac, mortgage rates have dropped for the 30-year loan to 3.94% which matches the record set in early October.  Down from 3.99%, this week's drop seemed to be fueled by investment activity in the Treasury bond market.
