National Village Master Plan
The first thing that people notice when they view our Master Plan is GREEN and lots of it! The 3 golf courses and main lake comprise 1,500 of the 2,200 acres in the community.
There are seven villages, individually clustered so that great expanses of woods, lakes and wetlands can remain either untouched or be beautified for the continual appreciation of our homeowners. The first 2-miles of the planned 15-miles of walking trails are all ready in place to enjoy.
The Retirement Systems of Alabama has committed hundreds of millions of dollars to the development of this gorgeous land which Robert Trent Jones, Sr. himself called, "the single greatest site for a golf complex that he had ever seen."
